WEEK 6 (FYP 2) TITLE:  REDEFINE THE BLOCK DIAGRAM Activity:  The block diagram has to be redefined to give a clearer view of the overall functionality of the system. The schematic design also is done this week.  Objective : To identify the overall system of the project. To identify the connection between components. Content:  BLOCK DIAGRAM After some component was changed and added which is Arduino Nano, I decided to change the block diagram. The new block diagram is shown in the picture above. This project requires an accelerometer of 3 axes because this sensor can recognize the user's analog signal (in this case, gestures signal). Next, the data will be processed using the Arduino Uno ATMega328 microcontroller. The microcontroller is programmable, and the output is controlled by the wheelchair program. Then, the transmitter of 433 MHz Radio Frequency (RF) transmits the encoded data to the RF receiver of 433 MHz.  Lastly. the DC motor moves acco...

WEEK 5 (FYP 2)

WEEK 5 (FYP 2) TITLE: FYP 2 BRIEFING Activity : This week, I have attended the workshop briefing and also update my FYP report on chapter 3 which is methodology. It was a busy week but I managed to encounter the busy in successful ways. Content : 1) Workshop Briefing  Location: Dewan Gemilang Time: 3.00 PM Coordinator: Madam Marhainie In this workshop, Madam has taught us how to do them:-  a) Results & Discussion (Chapter 4)\  b) Conclusion (Chapter 5)  c) Abstract in Thesis Writing Conclusion : All this week's task has been run smoothly and the report also has been updated for chapter 3 on the component list. The workshop briefing also has been attending and get some input to the report later.

WEEK 4 (FYP2)

WEEK 4 (FYP 2) TITLE: BUYING COMPONENT Activity : I have listed the component and hardware that need to be purchased, and went to some shop near my campus and try to search online. List of components : Arduino Uno Arduino Nano L293D IC Motor 433 MHz Transmitter and Receiver Battery 9v 4 rubber wheel Wire jumper List of the shop : Autobotics Sdn Bhd Shopee Objectives: To listed and purchased the component and hardware of the project. To calculate and estimate the budget. Conclusion : After finishing the research and study about the components and hardware to make this project, This week try to settling the components that need to use.

WEEK 3 (FYP 2)

WEEK 3 (FYP 2) TITLE: DISCUSSION WITH SUPERVISOR Activity : Meet with my supervisor to discuss the goals, timing, and detailed project planning and management to  get the project on the right track. Sir Saiful Yusri  gives a piece of advice to take time to pinpoint what issue of  the project plan and divide it into a few parts. The most critical part should be done first to  avoid some problems that can make the project delayed. Objectives: Doing some research for the project Make a list for the components to make the project Conclusion: Done meet with the supervisor and try to do the next thing which makes a list of the components that need to buy for the project.

WEEK 1 (FYP 2) TITLE: FYP 2 BEGINS Activity :  The first week of my FYP 2 now begins. So now I need to continue the progress of my project from FYP 1 that has been left before from last Semester. Objectives :  To introduce the FYP 2. To continue the progress from FYP 1. Content: Previous FYP 1 progress : Report : Chapter 1: Introduction Chapter 2 :  Literature Review  Chapter 3: Methodology Conclusion : The project for "Hand Gestures Based Controlled Wheelchair" now officially starts. In this progress, it will be adding some more content on Chapter 3. And also will add 2 new chapter which is Result and Conclusion.
